In order to lose excess weight without cutting many calories but still be able to enjoy eating your favorite foods the most effective way is by boosting the metabolism of yours.
The misleading marketing strategies advertising "metabolism increasing pills" has confused a lot of people. Separating truth from fiction is the goal of mine here in this post. I will give you some no nonsense recommendations based on scientific fact.
Find out your resting metabolic process (RMR).

RMR is typically used rather than basal metabolic rate (BMR); even though they are a small amount different, estimating either one is sufficient for the aim of weight loss.
* RMR = 9.99w + 6.25s - 4.92a + 166g-161
* w = weight in kilograms; if you know your weight in pounds, exipure reviews negative (talking to) divide by 2.2 to get your weight in kilograms
* s = height of centimeters; in case you know the height of yours in inches, multiply by 2.54 to get your height in centimeters
* a = age of years

The RMR of yours is going to tell you how many calories you need to maintain your existing weight at rest. Your daily calorie intake to maintain your weight should be:

* In order to lose weight safely, do not consume more energy than your maintenance intake or take in less calories than your calculated RMR.
* Count calories by recording everything you consume as well as finding out the number of calories each food contains (either on the meals labels and in information supplied in books and on the web).
